​​AFUERA is an experimental short film, loosely based on reflections by Erich Maria Remarque and Etty Hillesum addressing mental sanity in times of isolation and loneliness.

It was produced in collaboration with the artistic residency program of the GEN Center for Arts and Sciences, Uruguay and funded by the Berlin Senate Department for Culture and Europe it screened internationally and received, amongst other recognitions, the Best Experimental Short Award at the Berlin Short Film Festival 2023.
